Refund policy

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products (including teas, tinctures, smoke blends, or skincare).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
